Articles and research on disordered eating since 2008
Welcome
The research and articles listed below were created to track information about binge eating disorder (BED) from reputable scientific studies.
Originally called the binge-eating files, they were compiled for personal and professional reasons, out of a sense of love and service.
BED — aka compulsive eating, overeating, emotional eating — and food addiction have grown exponentially over the years, along with research and online articles.
