Vanity & Sanity: Women’s workshop on body image and self-esteem

Mirror, mirror on the wall, what’s my self-worth today?

Date:  TBA

10am-5pm  Toronto Canada

Vanity & Sanity is a one-day workshop for women on body image and self-esteem.

  • Do you base your self-esteem on what you see in the mirror?
  • Does worrying about your appearance sometimes make you feel a little crazy?
  • Do you focus on your attractive features, or ignore them for fear of being “vain?”
  • What do you tell yourself about how you look?  How does this affect your feelings about yourself?

At this Gestalt-based experiential workshop, in a fun and safe atmosphere, you’ll learn how to change unhelpful patterns, and find healthier ways to treat your body and yourself. (Gestalt is a holistic approach, encompassing awareness or mindfulness, your body, emotions, thought or intellect, and your sense of the spiritual.  It includes our relationship with ourselves and others, and our sense of responsibility.)  The workshop is suitable for women aged 18+.
